Natural Sports Pain Relief

Elmore Oil is designed to relieve the pain which is associated with sports injuries, muscle strains and sprains.

Before Competition

Rub Elmore Oil into the muscles prior to competition or heavy exercise.  The natural active ingredients will assist in relieving any minor pain and discomfort and allow you to perform at your peak.

After Competition

For best results you should use Elmore Oil in conjunction with the RICER system as follows:

Step 1: REST – Stop the activity which is causing you pain.

Step 2: ICE – apply ice to the injured area every 2 hours for about 10-15 minutes at a time.  Apply as often as is practical during the first 72 hours.

Step 3: COMPRESS – Apply a firm non-adhesive bandage to the area.  Release before sleeping.

Step 4: ELMORE OILin between ice applications, apply a small amount of Elmore Oil to the injured area, gently rubbing in until absorbed.  (Do not use heavy massage.)

Step 5: ELEVATE – raise the injured area above the level of the heart whenever possible.

Step 6: REFER – refer to a health care practitioner for a full and accurate diagnosis.
