Please be aware of anything that clains to “cure” fibromyalgia. For now, managing the pain is the only known remedy and Elmore Oil can assist greatly in this area.
What Can I Do?
Our best recommendation is to find ways to manage the pain as this is the main symptom of fibromyalgia. We recommend including regular usage of Elmore Oil (3 -4 applications a day) as this will help provide soothing relief to the area that it is applied to.
Another recommendation is to stay active. Research has shown that staying active will help with the pain and other symptoms. Remember to start our slowly and to increase your exercise as your body allows. You may find great advice from a physiotherapist.
It is a good idea to balance activity and rest. Your body knows what is best for you. Try to balance your up and down time and make sure you listen to your body if it is trying to tell you to take it easy.
Although there is no actual proof that weight plays a part in fibromyalgia maintaining a healthy weight never hurt anyone.
